Worked for Continental Airlines for 10 years as flight crew from mid 1970s to mid 1980s. Based over the years at LAX, DEN, and IAH. Retired at the end of 2020 from San Jose State University as a Network Systems Analyst after a 32-year career. My first flight on an airliner was on a Delta DC-8-51 from Tampa to Atlanta. Visiting the old Tampa, FL airport terminal observation deck at Columbus and Westshore as many times as I could sparked a lifelong passion.
