Troubles sending private messages

Just FYI, I’m having a heck of a time responding to PMs today…When I hit send there’s a long delay followed by a SQL error. This is on my Win 7 PC with Firefox. Haven’t tried other platforms yet, but if I run into the same thing there I’ll let you know.

Not working for me. I’m getting SQL error messages; also got a message that “at least one recipient was wrong and was deleted.” But the message was intended for only one recipient!

I’m using Firefox on a Mac running OS 10.5.8.

Your recipient field is most likely blank. Please make sure the username of the person you are sending it to is in the right field.

I had one person have me spend a half day trying to figure out a problem when at the end they discovered that they were entering the username in the address field of the browser.

Well, it worked okay this time, but on preceding attempts, the recipient field was not blank. However, when I clicked on the send message button, the recipient name immediately disappeared! That’s when I got the “at least one recipient was wrong and was deleted” message.
