I can’t help you with spares. I was thinking that you may not get many offers from people. Even if I use a decal my first choice to fill the windshield would be to use the clear part. Good luck. Check with Revell as well?

several months ago I ordered a replacement set of landing gear for my Revell 747-400 kit and they sent me the parts from Austria (to Britain) for the cost of the postage.
They arrived around 10 days later and I was impressed with the process so you may want to give it a try.
I think the address I used to make the request was http://www.revell.de/en.
