Resin parts for 1/100 Doyusha/Entex kits

I’ve gotten a hold of a Doyusha 1/100 L1011 and I’m wondering if anyone makes a cockpit set or an s-duct in this scale? I didn’t see anything on Braz Models.

Neither a cockpit or an S-duct are known to be out there, at least to me (and I’ve been keeping an eye out for both for 20 years or so). Overall I have seen very, very few aftermarket items for the 1:100 scale kits, and almost all of those have been decal sheets.

1:100 is such an oddball scale, which is a shame because the Nitto/Doyusha TriStar and 707 are two of the best-looking airliner kits I’ve ever seen.

What RB211 engines in the Doyusha kit? 22B‘s or 524’s or something else? Until I joined Airliner Cafe I didn’t realize there were different variants of some engines.

The kit has the first-generation RB211-22Bs with long hot sections and reverser fairings. IIRC, the kit tooling is roughly contemporary with the aircraft’s entry into service. It’s old enough that an Entex boxing was available in the United States in the 1970s.

Thanks Walter, I did find those.

For the cockpit I may try to scratch build some of the basic stuff, instrument panel and dash. Not real up on measurements for determining the size of the seats but if I can get close I’ll be happy. I’ll try to do a console for the flight engineer as well.
