“PM Sent” Messages

Hi all,

Please refrain from posting “PM Sent” messages in the forums. There’s really no need for it. It’s really annoying to click on a thread title and all you see is “PM Sent”. Here’s why you shouldn’t do it:

1. The recipient will see the notification in big yellow text that they have a new Private Message waiting for them.

2. They will also receive an email that they have a new message waiting in their inbox. If you are not getting an email notification, go to your Profile and enable email notifications.

3. It doesn’t concern everyone else, it’s a conversation between you and the recipient.

4. I will delete all future “Pm Sent” posts on the spot.
