Masking hi bypass engines?

Looking for ideas to mask the TF-39 engines on a C-5/L500 kit. I opened up the cold exhaust sections so will need to mask them off along with the fan sections as well. I was thinking Silly Putty in particular for the cold exhaust. What do others use for masking these big engines?

Hi Ken,

What kind of look are you going for, color scheme, etc? Can you post photos of where you are at this point?

Really simple paint. All white engines for an L-500 demonstrator. Here are pics of what I want/need to mask.

yep, silly putty should work, or if the space between the cold and hot sections is completely open, you could use a disk of foam rubber between the two sections.
