      Hi all,

      Over the past 3 weeks one of my friends made several attempts to get in contact with F-DCAL. Apart from one automatically generated reply (after ordering), no other reply was received. Does someone know if there is any kind of (technical) problem at F-DCAL?

      I haven't heard from Philippe in many, many months. The last I heard from him he had been very (seriously, life-threateningly) ill. My last couple of emails have gone unanswered, which I hope isn't bad news (especially since Philippe is my age!). I'll shoot him another email.

      I haven't e-mailed F-DCAL recently but yesterday I received an order which I placed on 30 December so from that point of view everything seems fairly normal.

      I know by a friend that he is well. But it has always been his problem, answering e-mail.

      I placed an order with Philippe on February 18, after an email exchange, whereby he provided me both price and shipping cots. Upon receiving his quote, I sent PayPal funds the very same day. On April 2, I sent Philippe an email requesting status of my order via his website "Contact Us", and on April 5 I sent another email directly (not going through his website). To date no response.

      After reading this thread, and one from 2015 it sounds like Philippe might be slow to respond. I sure hope he is well.

      Has anyone been in contact with him this past month?
