I'm finishing up one of these kits and have gotten to the landing gear. I'm just not convinced that the gear will hold the kit up Can someone share their experience?

      Thanks.

I've never had a problem with the Airfix 727's landing gear not holding up beneath the kit's weight. Make sure the gear is glued in place solidly and that the glue/cement is set before making it support the model, and you should be good to go.

I have built several of the airfix 727 kits and never had a problem. As Jodie says, make sure gear is solidly glued and glue is set before putting weight on it.
