      Hi everybody,

      I'm wondering if some of you have had some problems with Airline Hobby Supplies deliveries. I ordered some decals a month ago and haven't recieved them yet. I have sent some mails to their email adress and they repplied once telling me that I would have them next week but that was 3 weeks ago, and since them I have sent them two aditional mails without any response.

      My advice would be just be a little more patient......I was going to suggest more but reading your post it looks like you ordered 4 weeks ago, sent an email a week later that you got a reply to, and haven't heard back from two more recent emails. Give it another week or two. I had an experience where my order took about a week longer to arrive than expected but all turned out good in the end.

      A month ago?
      Not bad at all, I ordered some C-130 engines over a year ago
      pay for them and I did not even received an e-mail!

      I have given up on AHS. Inconsistent, non responsive, extremely slow service. Not a good way to run a business. Good luck.

      Guys I had similar problems wit non replies of emails and long arrivals of orders paid for, the nonanswering of the phone calls but i was sure to get what i paid for... sometimes the owner of AHS is extremely busy... I am guessing that he alone does everything in the business and doesn't have workers... its the delays and the nun reply to emails that kills me, but as somebody said you should be a little patient.. Especially when I have models to complete for customers and the parts he sells, your can't get it in any US store..But thats the main Hobbystore in the US.

      Thanks for the info!

      I'll see what happens... Those of you who didn't get what you ordered, did you get the money refund at least? In the order I am waiting for I ordered 3 different decals, he told me that one was not available so I expected to get part of the money back... I've been checking my paypal account and haven't got yet the refunded money.

      Why would he refund his customers when he can't even pay his suppliers?

      I have just recieved my money refunded back. Yesterday I started an issue via PAYPAL, because that was the method I used to pay my order, and it seems it has made effect! No decals but at the end I get my money back!!!

      Guess he need some help for his business because of website is still on publicly...I want to order some decals from him, but...? Decals and kits are getting demand more higher than before.
