      Very cool

      Off topic??? Maybe just every so slightly.

      The blimp model gives a more realistic option than the old Revell operating Goodyear Blimp model.

      And if the balloon carries passengers/cargo for hire it would absolutely fit the criteria for the Airliners International model contest.

      Not so sure whether it would go in the prop or jet category though

      Great that they are both N scale as well so would fit right in with the 1/144 planes.

      That hot air balloon is a re-issue of a rather old kit. Original was done in Lufthansa markings.
      Yellow plastic parts for the balloon, with LH blue logos...rub-ons IIRC.

      Absolutely not off topic!
      Both are in the air too...

      Isn't the Goodyear-Blimp the old Revell kit but without
      the lighted moving message board?
      Looks very similar at least...
