Your best bet is to keep watching ebay, particularly seller kosciuv. Good luck!

      Holmes,

I think I saw 2 of what you're looking for on his site. You stand a better chance of
getting your order from the Brasil warehouse.

Yeah that modelarstwoalexander website is the same one in Poland that has ripped off so many in the past. So I don't trust the `shipped from Brazilian warehouse' spiel. As Holmes suggests, we need a direct link/alternate source. Perhaps that eBay seller, kosciuv, will come through.

There was discussion about the source being important elsewhere. Conclusion was that
though if may be the same operation, the rate of receipt from Brazil was improved. I
placed an order, and after some shuffling around on PayPal (his request), I received the
shipment within a reasonable time frame. That Kosciuv seller, Guillem, is also on this
board. He sells what he can get. Very reliable, to be sure. But limited choice, especially
if you're looking for something a bit "rare".

Ah yes. In the last week I have ordered two from him.
(Aeroflot SSJ 90th anniv. and green BWIA L1011)
Unlike the Polish order I made once (unsuccessful) I am now not nervous.

Just goes to show how well those decals do with a trusted dealer.

Stupid thing is, his designs actually look fantastic on screen. I know how time consuming it is to make these, so I really don't get why he puts so much effort in it. It's not like it's a lucrative scam as almost everyone retracts their payment via PayPal.
I'm really really curious what kind of person is behind all this. I'm not even angry, as he might have some serious troubles going on in his life.. I just can't wrap my head around his motives.

      I agree FlyingDutchman,

its not easy you see decals you want and after waiting anxiously for it.. you find out that he is a fraud.. I had the same problem few years ago where I ordered two FIFA flying trophy Md80 decals I waited almost two months to hear I was scammed the only thing I didn't do was cry!! luckily I got another decal maker to do it for me.. It saved me the stress.. The latest I saw I wanted was the Jetblue NY jets which Kosciuv had.. by the time I got the notification that he have it on sale, someone grabbed it before me...

OK, here goes. I looked up the modelarstwoalexander website several months ago out of pure curiosity, not intending to buy anything as I had been ripped off in the past like so many others. The first thing I noticed was that the decals were split between two 'warehouses', one in Poland and one in Brazil. I had no intention of getting involved with the Polish end as that is where I was ripped off before, but the Brazilian end had some good-looking stuff on offer so I decided to give it a try. I received the decals within a couple of weeks. Encouraged by this, I placed three further orders and received them all. My latest order, the fourth in total, took a while longer to process but the tracking number provided shows that it arrived at Heathrow yesterday morning and I expect to receive it within the next couple of days. It includes the Jetblue NY Jets A320 and the BWIA 737 that Holmes757 refers to in the original post.

It is worth noting that, apart from one decal (Nok Air 737's) the Polish side of the operation seems to have been closed down with everything now coming from Brazil. Is everything now OK with this seller? I can only recount my own experiences and say that I placed several orders and received them all. I'm not encouraging anyone to go ahead and place orders. It is up to individuals to make their own decisions, bearing in mind any unfortunate past experiences, but if you don't try you wont succeed.

Just did a count and I've received 13 sheets with another five on the way. Some examples of what I've received:
