I placed an order with Philippe at F-DCAL on February 18. We had exchanged emails, and I placed my order the same day as Philippe provided me a price with shipping. Paypal was used, and I have the payment confirmation.

I sent him a message via his website on April 5, and also an separate email on April 5 requesting status of my order. To date, no reply from him. Just today sent another email requesting status.

I have read older postings in the forum with regard to Philippe not being great about responding to emails. However, why did he reply promptly to my request for pricing, and not hear back when my order was placed? Very strange to me.

Has anyone here have had any contact with Philippe in the last few weeks?

      Thanks

I emailed him about a month ago and received a message back within a week. He is usually good about responding but isn't always fast.

Funny I ordered from F-Dcal back in Feb I think the decals arrived a few weeks later. I just ordered them and forgot about them As usual they showed up.
Sometimes local postal services or customs can be the issue.

      Cheers

I recently received an order which I had placed sometime last year. I had completely forgotten about it until it arrived.

Hi, I would like to know how you are using F-DCAL decals. I find them very thin and they brake easily. Do you use decal softener or other techniques ?
      Kind regards
      Gus
