      Check with Kurt @AA.
He might have it in stock.

      Cheers

Kurt doesn't show it in stock right now (I check every day since I'll be putting in an order for one when it becomes available), but he's told me that he expects them to be back in stock soon.

Barring the availability of one of Kurt's 727 kits (which are outstanding), I have a complete KMC kit with an Authentic Airliners resin nose conversion that I would be willing to sell. Feel free to PM me if you are interested. The kit has its issues, but can be built into a good replica. For more info, please see my TWA 727-100 conversion build article...

Is there a good review on the vacuform Welsh Models 727? I'm not uber sensitive about accuracy, I'd just like to get a kit that is a good representation of a 727 in 1/72 scale

I have not seen a review on the Welsh 727, but I did build their 737-800 a couple of years back and was happy with it, FWIW.
