      Hello everybody,

I'm desperatly looking for an Hasegawa 744 kit with RB-211 engines at a decent price (Qantas: http://www.findmodelkit.com/content/qantas-boeing-747-400 , "Purple box" or other else with RR).

If you've that, send me a price proposal or I also can exchange versus:

      - Embraer 145 Authentic Airliners ( http://www.authentic-airliners.de/epages/64205758.sf/en_GB/?ObjectPath=/Shops/64205758/Products/K144-15 ). Some parts properly begin.

      - DC-10 Hasegawa Northwest Orient (like this box, but with a resin "tow truck" included: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/246121-hasegawa-lc004-mcdonnell-douglas-dc-10)

      - L-1011 Hasegawa ANA (this one: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/992051-hasegawa-10201-lockheed-l-1011-all-nippon-airways )

      - 777-200 Hasegawa Lauda Air (this: https://www.scalemates.com/kits/985931-hasegawa-10130-lauda-air-boeing-777-200 )

      - 787-800 Hasegawa ANA whitout decals ( https://www.scalemates.com/kits/181144-hasegawa-10716-boeing-787-8 )

      - Or my sells here : http://www.airlinercafe.com/forums.php?m=posts&q=9746

Thanks for reading me (If you want, ask for pictures),

      Guillaume

Be careful with that Qantas boxing, I got one of those for a friend and it came with GE engines. If you want, I can ask if she's still got it, I doubt she's built it.

Thanks for the warning and information! Very kind of you to propose to ask your friend, but I'm not interested by the box itself, but only but RB211 engines included (so if somebody have just four hasegawa RR engines in his extra-parts stock, I'm customer too)!

It's to allow me to continue this building :

I tried Braz engines, but they seem to me not so accurate (so bad, they seem much better in 1/144 scale).

      Salut Guillaume

These engines are very hard to find I know this because I bought that Qantas box ... with GE ! 😤
Finally I found some on the bay ... mais ceux là je les garde désolé mon pote 😆

      Bonne continuation

If you cannot find a Hasegawa set... Contrails makes them. However, I've never used them and have no idea of the quality. See them here:

      Near the bottom.

      Salut Philippe ,

Merci quand même, j'ai remarqué que ça a l'air difficile à dénicher cette "purple box" (j'en ai une en vue, mais à un prix carrément prohibitif...)!

Ça fait.... très longtemps à part ça, tu vas bien, tu maquettes encore?

      Hello Chris,

thanks for your help, I already know Contrail engines (I bought their GE-90 in 1/200, it's.... very hard, so I think Braz engines are still better - yes, I'm very demandous -)!

There is maybe this little hope if they do in 1/200, but the website seem not to be very active (I sent mails to them, but without answer...). So bad, it appear to be very awesome:

Thanks for your ansewer Andrew, but I already have Braz engines and it isn't so good for me (some trouble with pylons and the shape of engines)!
